Amberwell Health is a healthcare system dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the communities they serve, providing compassionate healthcare with clinical excellence. Amberwell Health grew from Northeast Kansas roots, when the Atchison Hospital rebranded in 2020. There are over 600 employees serving across 7 Amberwell locations in 6 Northeast Kansas communities – Atchison, Hiawatha, Highland, Horton, Leavenworth, and Troy.
Material Management Expansion
THE CONSTRUCTION
This project involved the construction of a 3,200 square foot warehouse addition designed to cater to the storage needs of medical materials. This versatile space not only offers ample storage but also incorporates two offices, a well-equipped restroom, and a comfortable break area.
Simultaneously, our team undertook a transformative effort to repurpose a pre-existing 1,580 square foot storage area. This space has been skillfully converted into six functional offices, accompanied by a spacious open area configured to accommodate seven cubicles. This project reflects our commitment to optimizing space utilization and providing innovative solutions that align with the evolving demands of our clients.

Pre and Post-Op Suite Renovation
THE CONSTRUCTION
The Amberwell Hospital Surgical Suite Renovation in Atchison, Kansas, encompassed the transformation of an existing area into an advanced surgical facility, featuring a patient check-in and nurses’ station, an adaptable pre/postoperative zone, and specialized recovery and procedure rooms. The renovation integrated modern medical equipment, prioritized patient comfort and privacy, and optimized space usage, resulting in an upgraded space that facilitates exceptional patient care and streamlined medical workflows.

MRI Renovation
THE CONSTRUCTION
The MRI Renovation project for Amberwell focused on elevating healthcare standards. We revitalized the infrastructure to accommodate cutting-edge imaging technology. With the newly revamped space, Amberwell equipped it with a Nuclear Camera also known as a Gamma Camera, MRI Machine, Mammogram Machine, and an X-Ray Machine. The renovated space now stands ready to empower healthcare professionals at Amberwell to deliver exceptional patient care.
