Benedictine aims to maximize the student campus experience and seeks to maintain a very high level of on-campus living, with +70% of undergraduate students currently living in campus housing. As the student population continues to grow, there is a need for the number of beds (currently +1,500) to increase.

Each three-story Row House provides private bedrooms for 4 to 5 students on the first and third floors, with the center floor for common living area and kitchen.

The two new Row House buildings are 9,440 total Sqft and will house 24 upperclassmen.
