There are over 600 employees serving across 7 Amberwell locations in 6 Northeast Kansas communities – Atchison, Hiawatha, Highland, Horton, Leavenworth, and Troy.
Straub is partnering with Amberwell Health on a $1.9 million addition and two renovations to their Atchison, KS location. These upgrades will optimize operations and storage for the existing hospital facility.
A 3,200 SF addition will serve as a warehouse, housing medical materials and providing two new offices, a restroom, and a break area. Demo and renovations to an existing 1,580 SF storage area will convert into 6 offices and a large open area for 7 additional cubicles. 2,000 SF of existing office space will transform into a post-operation area for 8 patients, a nurses station, an anesthesiologist office, and a cleaning room.
The addition and renovations are scheduled to finish in Spring 2023.
